Brian Jauch, Mortgage Consultant
Brian Jauch is a mortgage consultant with Fairway Independent Mortgage. He has been a loan originator for over 15 years. He is an expert in all types of lending programs, including conventional, new construction, FHA, VA, USDA and WHEDA. Brian helps his clients feel comfortable while they learn about the loan process and the costs associated with different mortgage avenues. He has been continually recognized as one of the top lenders in Sauk County over the past 10 years. Brian is always going the extra mile for his clients and will do what it takes to help his clients succeed with their financial goals.
Brian was born and raised in Baraboo and graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Business Administration. Brian resides in Baraboo where he enjoys spending time with his two children and his wife Tara. They are an active family that enjoys outdoor activities and cheering on the Badgers and Packers! Brian also enjoys golfing, boating and coaching youth basketball.
Daniel Harkins, Loan Originator

Daniel enjoys helping people navigate smoothly through what can be an exciting and overwhelming process.
Daniel grew up in Portage, WI, and attended the University of North Dakota where he was a member of the men’s basketball program. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Daniel returned to Wisconsin and resides in Baraboo with his wife, Marisela.
While away from the office, Daniel loves spending time with family and friends, especially playing intense games of checkers or Uno with his two younger brothers-in-law, having cookouts, and attending sporting events. Raised near the Wisconsin River, Daniel also enjoys being on the water and relaxing during the summer and fall seasons when time allows.
